宗肇飙,Cableav 讲师,华东师范大学应用心理学博士学位,深耕管理心理学与职业健康交叉领域。获得省级项目资助2项,Journal of Organizational BehaviorJournal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology等国内外权威期刊发表论文20余篇,成果被国内外同行广泛引用。现任Humanities and Social Sciences CommunicationsJournal of Happiness Studies10余本核心期刊匿名审稿人。在实践领域,受邀为中建八局、胜利油田、淮北市平安保险公司、蒙城河道局等多家大型企业设计并落地员工援助(EAP)方案,持续推动管理心理服务的中国化实践。

一、主要研究方向

管理心理学、组织行为与人力资源开发

1.领导方式和行为,主要为辱虐管理(abusive supervision)、真实型领导(authentic leadership)、家庭支持型主管行为(family‐supportive supervisor behavior)等

2.员工行为,主要为安全行为(safety behavior)、建言(voice)、绿色行为(green behavior)等。

3.工作与家庭问题,主要为工作家庭平衡(work-family balance)、工作家庭冲突(work-family conflict)、家庭绩效(family performance)等。

4.特殊工作群体和特殊工作模式,主要为零工工作者(gig worker)、女性职工(female worker)、远程工作者(remote workers)等。
